【摘要】 目的:探讨脑外伤后脑梗死的病因病理及理想的治疗与康复。方法:将我科自1999年1月~2006年2月收治的43例脑外伤后脑梗死患者,采用纠正低血氧症、保持有效脑灌注、维持脑微循环、及时外科手术等综合措施治疗回顾性的分析。结果:本组43例,成活36例,其中恢复良好21例,中、重残13例,植物生存2例,死亡7例。结论:重视脑外伤的早期救治是预防和治疗脑外伤后脑梗死的关键;抓住脑外伤后脑梗死早期综合性的治疗可明显提高其存活率、降低残废及死亡率;针对病因,及时处理,维持脑微循环、稳定颅内内环境、行梗死侧额颞顶去大骨瓣减压并行颞肌敷贴于缺血或损毁脑组织表面,对降低死亡率、提高生存质量具有肯定的意义。更多还原
