【摘要】 目的:研究观察中药复方“红袍胃安”中大红袍、马蹄香、隔山消三味药及其配伍对大白鼠胃液分泌,胃液酸度,胃蛋白酶活性,和对小鼠抗炎、镇痛,免疫器官重量等指标的影响。方法:采用大鼠幽门结扎法致胃溃疡、蛋清毛细管法、小鼠热板法、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、免疫器官称重法等经典的实验方法。结果:各给药组均无抗溃疡作用。大+马+隔及各单味给药组均能降低胃液pH值,增加胃液总酸和胃蛋白酶排出量;对于胃蛋白酶活性三药配伍能增强,各单味给药组均能降低;两两配伍组均能增加胃液量和降低胃液pH值,大+马和马+隔组能增加总酸和胃蛋白酶排出量,增强胃蛋白酶活性;大+隔组能降低胃液总酸和胃蛋白酶排出量及胃蛋白酶活性;各给药组有镇痛的趋势,大红袍组有显著的抗炎作用。三药配伍及隔山消组能降低脾脏指数,各给药组对胸腺指数无显著影响,但有降低的的趋势。结论:三药单用及三药配伍后能增强消化能力,与本方主治的病症食积不消、恶心呕吐等是相符的。与前期对全方的研究比较,无论是单用或配伍对胃粘膜的保护和抗炎镇痛等指标都不如全方,本次试验为下一步的拆方研究提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Dahongpao MatixiangGeshanxiao and their prescription on gastric juice secretion,gastric juice acidity,pepsin activity in rats and their antiphlogistic action,abirritation and influencing weight of immuneorgan on mice.Methods:The gastric ulcer was induced in rat by pyloricligation.Mi inflammatory modal was induced with xylene applying to mouse ear,treating with capillary egg white and weights of immuneorgan of were weighed out.The abirritation of the drugs was observed by stimulating mice with hot stitching.Results:Every drugs displayed no anti-ulcer effects.However,prescription of Dahongpao+Matixiang+Geshanxiao and each simple recipe were effective inreducing pH value of gastric juice acidity and increasing letting off quantity of assemble acidity and pepsin and pepsin activity;letting off quantity of assemble acidity and pepsin and pepsin activity were reduced in drugs group of Dahongpao+Geshanxiao.Trend of abirritation and reduced thymus index was observed in all groups.Antiphlogistic effect was remarkably in group of Dahongpao and prescription of Dahongpao+Matixiang+Geshanxiao and simple recipe of Geshanxiao.Spleen index reduced in latter groups.Conclusion:Prescription of Dahongpao+Matixiang+Geshanxiao and each simple recipe were effective in digestionthat is according with indications of the prescription in treating dyspepsy and nausea.Comparing with the whole pre scription,prescription of Dahongpao+Matixiang+Geshanxiao and each simple recipe were less effective in strengthening gastric mucous membrane barrier,antiphlogistic action and abirritation.更多还原
