【Abstract】 A RP-HPLC method of avermectin effervescent tablets-a new green pesticide formulation for quantitative determination was established by using C18 column,methanol-acetonitrile-water (42∶42∶16,by vol ) as the mobile phase,and UV detector at 245 nm.
