【Abstract】 Haloxyfop methyl ester enantiomers were successfully separated using a Nucleosil chiral-2 chromatogra-phy column,a mobile phase of n-heptane and isopropyl alcohol and trifluoroacetic acid(99.3:0.5:0.2,by vol),a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min,wavelength detection at 278 nm,and a column temperature of 10 °C.A method for quantita-tive determination of R isomers was also established.更多还原
