【摘要】 建立了驱蚊蚊帐中有效溴氰菊酯的提取和高效液相色谱分析方法。以异辛烷与1,4-二氧六环(体积比为4∶1)为溶剂提取驱蚊蚊帐中的溴氰菊酯,采用正相色谱条件,色谱柱为LiChrosorb Si60 150mm×4.6mm,流动相为正己烷-1,4-二氧六环(体积比为95∶5),波长236nm,流速1.3mL/min,紫外检测。实验证明溴氰菊酯在0.8～500mg/L的质量浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,蚊帐中溴氰菊酯加标回收率为99.66%～101.42%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for rapid determination of deltamethrin in mosquito-curtain by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The deltamethrin in mosquito-curtain samples were extracted by a mixture of v(hexane):v(dioxane)=4:1.The HPLC operating conditions were LiChrosorb Si60(150 mm×4.6 mm)as column,v(hexane):v(dioxane)=95:5 as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.3 mL/min and UV detector wavelength at 236 nm.The linear range of standard curve was 0.8-500 mg/L.Recoveries of deltamethrin in mosquito-curtain was 99.66%-101.42%.更多还原
