高效液相色谱法拆分溴鼠灵异构体及测定溴鼠灵含量
Quantitative Ananlysis of Brodifacoum and Isomers by HPLC
【摘要】 叙述了采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水(pH=3～4,体积比70∶30)为流动相,通过C8色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器对溴鼠灵毒饵进行异构体拆分及含量测定。结果表明标准偏差为0.0004,变异系数为1.92%,平均回收率为98.4%,线性相关系数为0.9996。
【Abstract】 It is introduced the quantitative analysis of brodifacoum by reverse phase HPLC,using acetonitrile and water (pH=3,70:30,by vol) as mobile phase,using C8 column and DAD. The results showed that the standard deviation for brodifacoum was 0.04,the variation coefficient was 1.92%,liner correlation was 0.9996.
