除草剂莠去津对7种藻类的生长抑制

【摘要】 运用评价化学品对藻类毒性的标准试验方法,采用计算器拟合法、概率单位法和统计软件SPSS的概率回归过程进行数据处理,由3种统计方法分别得到莠去津对7种藻类生长抑制的96h半数效应浓度(EC50),并由计算器拟合法得到莠去津对7种藻类的24、48、72、96h的EC50。结果表明莠去津对7种藻类均属高毒,对它们的生长抑制效应由强到弱分别为斜生栅藻、柱孢鱼腥藻、莱哈衣藻、菱形藻、普通小球藻、羊角月牙藻和镰形纤维藻,对藻类的毒性与作用持续的时间相关。

【Abstract】 A standard test method was applied to evaluate the toxicity of chemical to algae,and 96-h median effectiveconcentration(96h-EC50) values of growth inhibitory effects of atrazine on seven algae were calculated using thestatistical methods of calculator fitting,probit and process of probability regression in SPSS,and 24,48,72,96h-EC50values were calculated using calculator fitting only.It can be concluded from the results that atrazine was high toxicityto these seven algae,and the sequence of its toxicity to these seven algae was:S.obliuus,A.cylindrical,C.reinhardi,N.kutzigiana,C.vulgaris,S.capricornutum,and A.falcatus,its toxicity was related to exposure duration.
