相转移催化合成麦穗宁
Synthesis of Fuberidazole by Phase Transfer Catalysis
【摘要】 以邻苯二胺和糠醛为原料,以十六甲基三烷基溴化铵(CTMAB)为催化剂合成了麦穗宁。通过实验,研究了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对麦穗宁产率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:n(邻苯二胺)∶n(糠醛)∶n(盐酸)=1∶2.5∶1.2,反应温度(65±l)℃,反应时间4h,相转移催化剂用量为0.5g/0.1mol邻苯二胺。在最佳工艺条件下,收率可达87.33%。
【Abstract】 The fuberidazole was prepared by reaction of O-phenylendiamine with furfural at the presence of CTMABas catalyst.The influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst and molar ratio of raw materials on product yieldwas studied.Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:n(O-phenylendiamine) ∶n(furfural) ∶n(hydrochloric acid) =1∶2.5∶1.2,the reaction temperature was(65 ± l) ℃,the reaction time was 4 h,the quality ofthe catalyst was 0.5 g/0.1mol of O-phenylendiamine.The yield of the product was 87.33% under the optimum conditions.
