杀菌剂对巴西橡胶棒孢霉落叶病菌的室内毒力测定
Screening for Fungicides against Corynespora Leaf-fall Disease of Hevea Rubber in Laboratory
【摘要】 由多主棒孢引起的巴西橡胶棒孢霉落叶病是我国天然橡胶生产的潜在威胁。在室内采用菌丝生长速率法测定了11种杀菌剂对多主棒孢的抑菌能力,结果表明,50%多菌灵WP和70%甲基硫菌灵WP的EC50最小,且病菌对它们的敏感性较高,抑菌效果最好;25%丙环唑EC和40%氟硅唑EC的EC50较小,病菌对它们的敏感性也较高,抑菌效果较好;80%乙蒜素EC的EC50最大,病菌对它的敏感性也较低,抑菌效果最差。
【Abstract】 Corynespora leaf-fall disease of hevea rubber, caused by Corynespora cassiicola, is a newly found disease of hevea rubber in China, which threatens to Chinese natural rubber industry. Toxicity to Corynespora cassiicola of 11 fungicides was determined in laboratory. Corynespora cassiicola was highly sensitive to 70% thiophanate methyl WP and 50% carbendazim WP; 25% propiconazole EC and 40% flusilazole EC also had good inhibition of Corynespora cassiicola; while the 80% ethylicin EC had a little inhibition. These treatments can be used for effective control of corynespora leaf fall disease of hevea rubber.
