【Abstract】 The basic point of modern education is to improve the sense of innovation of educators. As the administrators of the art speciality in colleges and universities, they should understand the special characteristics of art as well as the innovation of education. Moreover, they should stress the principle of “human-oriented”, further expanding the specialized field with the overall point of view on education and art.
