基于计算机视觉的滚珠螺母形位误差检测

【摘要】 提出了基于计算机视觉的滚珠丝杠副螺母的形位误差检测方法。使用DH-HV3000FC型数字摄像头采集滚珠螺母的图像,经过IEEE1394数字接口卡传输到计算机。对含有噪声的原始数字图像实施预处理、图像分割及细化等处理,使图像转变成易于检测的单像素宽边缘信息。使用自编程序测量和计算螺母的圆度、圆柱度、滚道跳动及滚道对螺母外径的同轴度,测量值分别为f1=8.34μm,f2=11.94μm,f3=12.76μm,f4=8.87μm。测量结果满足滚珠螺母的形位公差要求,并分析了误差的产生原因。理论分析及实验测量结果表明该方法正确可行。

【Abstract】 A new kind of measurement method for ball nut was put forward,which was based on computer vision to measure shape and position errors of ball nut.Firstly,digital image of ball nut was collected by DH-HV3000FC device,and was input into computer by IEEE1394 digital card.Secondly,original gray level image with noise was changed into edge information with single-pixel width after it had been processed by pre-processing,image segmentation and thinning,etc.Thirdly,roundness,cylindricity,ball-way circular runout,concentricity of ball-way axis to the outside cylindrical axis of the ball nut were calculated and measured by compiled program.The value measured was respectively f1=8.34 μm,f2=11.94 μm,f3=12.76 μm,f4=8.87 μm.The value measured met the shape and position tolerance requirement of the ball nut.Lastly,the reason of error was analyzed.Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that this method is feasible and correct.
