三维回转部件动态测定仪的研制
Development of Dynamic Measuring Instrument for 3-D Rotating Parts
【摘要】 为研究翻转式双向犁翻转机构的动态特性,设计了三维回转部件动态测定仪。利用该测定仪可以动态检测翻转过程中的角位移、角加速度、扭矩、油缸压力等物理量,并可记录供分析研究。利用VisualBasic和Visu-al C++开发的动态链接库(DLL)程序,可以很方便地开发集数据采集、显示、记录、打印为一体的应用软件。测试结果表明,软件界面友好,操作简单,功能强大。
【Abstract】 A dynamic measuring instrument for 3-D rotating parts has been developed in order to research the reversible dynamic properties of a reversible plow.While reversing,the instrument can dynamically collect the data of plow’s angle,angular acceleration,torque and oil pressure and automatically save them for latter use.It is convenient to develop the software of data collecting,displaying,saving and printing by Visual Basic and dynamic link library(DLL)which can be created by Visual C++.It was demonstrated that the software had the advantages of friendly interface,ease of operation and use and powerful functions.
