汽车AMT自动离合器的局部线性化模糊滑模控制

【摘要】 由于受离合器的非线性动态特性、外部扰动以及参数时变等因素的影响,实现自动离合器的精确接合过程控制非常困难。采用局部线性化模糊滑模控制器(RWLFSMC)实现对无刷直流电动机驱动的自动离合器位置控制,RWLFSMC采用局部线性化技术来减少模糊规则数,同时设计缩放因子调整器来调整输出增益,保证控制器的实时性和有效性。数值模拟结果表明,与传统的模糊滑模控制器(FSMC)相比,RWLFSMC具有良好的轨迹追踪性能,此外对外部扰动、时延、参数时变等具有较高的鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 Due to the influence of non-linear dynamic characteristic of clutch, time-delay, external disturbance and parameter variation, the automated clutch is hard to control precisely during the engaging process of the automated clutch of automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) vehicle. In this paper, region-wise linear fuzzy sliding mode controller (RWLFSMC) is applied to the automated clutch which is driven by a brushless DC motor. The fuzzy rule number of RWLFSMC is decreased by introducing the region-wise linear technology. In order to achieve the control objective, a scaling factor tuner is used in the controller. The simulation results showed that the proposed controller was effective and robust to the parametric variation and external disturbance in comparison with the conventional fuzzy sliding mode controller (FSMC).
