微波真空干燥技术及其在农产品加工中的应用
Microwave vacuum drying technology and its application in the process of the produce
【摘要】 微波真空干燥技术作为一种现代高新技术,是综合微波干燥和真空干燥各自优点的一项新技术,尤其适合用于农产品的干燥。该文阐述了微波真空干燥技术的原理、特点,并结合有关试验,分析了影响微波真空干燥效果的几个重要因素,介绍了该技术在国内外农产品加工中的应用研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。随着微波真空干燥设备问题的解决和理论的完善,这种技术将在农产品加工中获得越来越广泛地应用。
【Abstract】 Microwave vacuum drying,as a kind of new technology nowadays ,takes the advantages of both microwave and vacuum drying. The principle,characteristic and applications in the process of the produce of microwave vacuum drying are reviewed in this paper. Integrating with the experimental data,several important influencing factors to the drying effect were analyzed. With the development of theory and equipment,microwave vacuum drying technology will be used widely in the process of the produce.
