【Abstract】 The massive use of energy haves caused the environment quality seriously worsening.This article pays detailed attention to the model of the relation between energy use and the environment quality in the process of economy growth,as well as proposes the corresponding action to enhance the energy resources productivity.Finally the author have a hope that the research on this paper will be advantageous to the construction of society with resource conservation and being friendly to the en- vironment.更多还原
