【摘要】 目的了解宁夏突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统运行状况,肯定成绩,发现问题,以利改进。方法根据中国疾病预防控制中心制定的方案,对宁夏2005-2006年6月突发系统运行状况及应急处置情况进行调查。结果各级医疗卫生机构发生、报告、掌握和处置突发事件的及时性和反应能力均有所提高,但亦存在不少问题。结论需要从进一步完善法规建设、加强人、财、物力投入和提高人员素质诸方面加以改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the operation of emergent public health event information management system and commend the progress as well as to find the problems for solving them. Methods According to the plan which had been made out by China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a retrospective investigation was used for the operation and respond of emergent public health information management system from 2005 to the first part of 2007. Results There were still existing lots of problems in emergent public health event information management system at different levels, though their reporting and responding abilities for the emergent public events were improved. Conclusion It is necessary to further develop the legislation, increase the investment on human resource, fund & material, and improve the personnel quality to settle down problems.更多还原
