【摘要】 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化中医脾肾两虚痰瘀交阻型的机理。方法应用彩色多普勒超声测定颈动脉粥样硬化患者(CAS)颈动脉中-内膜厚度、动脉粥样硬化斑块大小、软斑、硬斑个数,并测定生化指标全血黏度低、中、高切变率等。结果脾肾两虚痰瘀交阻型动脉粥样硬化患者的颈动脉中-内膜厚度增厚,有斑块,全血黏度低、中、高切变率增高。结论颈动脉粥样硬化的中医脾肾两虚痰瘀交阻型与高血黏度有关,脾肾两虚痰瘀交阻型CAS患者的颈动脉中-内膜厚度明显高于健康对照组,脾肾两虚痰瘀交阻型颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the mechanism on atherosclerosis on the type of insufficiency of spleen and kidney and interweavement of phlegm and stagnation of blood.Methods By color ultrasonic examination,measure the thickness on theca of neck artery,the size of speckle of atherosclerosis and the number of flexible speckle and firm flexible.Measure the blood viscosity.Results The thickness on theca of neck artery is thicker.There are more speckle of atherosclerosis on the patients of coratid atherosclerosis.Blood viscosity is higher.Conclusion The type of insufficiency of spleen and kidney and interweavement of phlegm and stagnation of blood on coratid atherosclerosis is concerned to high blood viscosity.The type of insufficiency of spleen and kidney and interweavement of phlegm and stagnation of blood on coratid atherosclerosis is concerned to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,diabetes and cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
