【摘要】 目的寻求一种减轻乳腺癌术后恶心、呕吐(PONV)的理想方法。方法对25例ASAI-II级、实施乳腺癌手术的女性病人,采用丙泊酚麻醉诱导和维持、复合不同时刻应用地塞米松、格拉司琼、氟哌利多、东莨菪碱等药物,并随机选择同类病人25例作为对照,观察两组病人PONV的分级、发生率和严重程度。结果综合措施组PONV的发生率为20%,无一例发生严重的PONV;对照组PONV发生率达68%,严重病例占20%。结论联合使用丙泊酚、地塞米松、格拉司琼、氟哌利多、东莨菪碱作为一种综合治疗措施,在围术期不同时刻用于乳腺癌根治术的病人,可有效地减轻PONV的发生率和严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek a of decreasing PONV of ideal method after mammary cancer radical operation.Methods 25 cases of female patients with ASA I~II was underwent mammary cancer radical operation.Anesthesia induction and maintenance were carried out with propofol,and combined with dexamethasone,granisetron,haloperidol,scopolamine etc at different time point.And other 25 cases with similar condition were chosen as control group at random.In PONV grading,incidence and severity degree of two groups were observed and recorded.Results In comprehensive method group,the incidence of PONV was 20%,but not serious.Whereas the incidence of control group,PONV reached to 68%,the serious cases accounted for 20%.Conclusion Combined with propofol,dexamethasone,granisetron,haloperidol,scopolamine as a kind of comprehensive method used to the patients of mammary cancer radical operation at different time point during operation can decrease the incidence and severity of PONV effectively.更多还原
