【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆病的临床疗效。方法60例血管性痴呆患者分中西结合治疗组和单纯西药治疗对照组,对照组单纯用西药治疗,中西结合治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用补肾益智活血汤治疗,并测定两组治疗前后简易智能量表和生活自理能力评分。结果中西结合治疗组患者智力及生活自理能力较对照组明显提高。结论中西结合治疗血管性痴呆效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect on the vascular dementia treated with Integrated Chinese Medicine(ICM).Methods 60 patients of vascular dementia were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 patients of control group were treated with western medicine.30 patients of test group were treated with combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Both group patients were treated for four weeks.The curative effect of both groups was observed by scores of MMSE and ADL.Results It showed that the effect of patients treated with ICM was better than that treated with western medicine alone of scores of MMSE and ADL.Conclusion Integrated Chinese Medicine is very helpful in vascular dementia patients.更多还原
