【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管口囊肿经尿道手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析总结2002年5月-2006年5月10例经尿道电切(TURU)手术治疗输尿管口囊肿患者的临床资料。结果10例患者均一次性手术成功,手术时间8-30分钟,平均13分钟。术后B超定期随诊,随访时间3个月-4年,全部患者肾积水均消失。结论TURU是治疗成人单纯性输尿管口囊肿简单有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate transurethral endoscopic treatment of 10 cases of ureterocele and its efficacy in adult patients.(Methods) The clinical data of 10 cases(2 men and 8 women; patients range in age from 29 to 60 years old,with a mean of 43.8 years old) of ureterocele who underwent transurethral resection of ureterocele(TURU) were reviewed and analyzed between May 2002 and May 2006.The diagnosis of all the cases was established on ultrasonography,IVU and cystoscopy before operation of the 10 cases,7 had unilateral ureterocele and 3,bilateral.Results All the patients obtained successful results in one-stage surgery.The mean operative time was 13 minutes.Follow-up ranged from 6-48 months with regular B-ultrasonography and hydronephrosis abated.Conclusion Transurethral resection of ureterocele(TURU) is a simple and effective procedure for the treatment of ureterocele in adults.更多还原
