【摘要】 目的探讨纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)吸痰术在危重症合并急性呼吸衰竭中的治疗效果。方法分析35例患者床旁多导心电监护下,接受纤支镜49次吸痰、冲洗或注药治疗,观察术前、术后临床症状、经皮血氧饱和度、氧分压、二氧化碳分压及X线胸片。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)15例20次吸痰,20例胸腹、颅脑术后感染并呼吸衰竭29次吸痰,有效改善通气状况,降低通气阻力。结论纤支镜用于机械通气患者气道管理,针对性强,疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect on the sputum suction by bronchofibroscope for patients with acute respiratory failure.(Methods) 35 patients received sputum suction and bronchial irrigation and local drug injection by brochofibroscope for 49 times.The clinical symptom,pulse saturation oxygen,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,X-ray were observed and compared before and after brochofibroscope.Results 20 times of sputum suction were performed in 15 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and 29 times of sputum suction were performed in 20 patients after neurosurgery or thoracic-abdominal operation;higher ventilation and lower airway resistance were observed after sputum suction.Conclusion Airway regulation by bronchofibroscope for artificial airway patients was proved to be a pertinent and effective method.更多还原
