基于灰色统计的烤烟化学成分指标的相对重要性评价

【摘要】 众多的烟草化学成分指标增加了烟叶品质分析和综合评价的难度。针对这一问题,选取主要烤烟产区样品共247份,运用灰色统计分析法研究了这些样品10个常规化学成分指标。结果表明:总氮、糖碱比、氮碱比、氯、蛋白质属于A类指标,对烟叶品质的影响程度最大;还原糖、烟碱、水溶性总糖、总植物碱、钾氯比为B类指标,对烟叶品质的影响程度仅次于A类指标。运用灰色统计分析法还可以对烟叶化学成分适宜区域划分的合理性进行验证。配方叶组选择烟叶原料时,如果烟叶化学成分不在适宜区域内,总氮、糖碱比、氮碱比、氯、蛋白质等A类指标以选择小于适宜区域的化学成分较为合理;还原糖、烟碱、水溶性总糖、总植物碱、钾氯比等B类指标应选择大于适宜区域的化学成分对烟叶品质的影响较小。图3,表4,参13。

【Abstract】 It was difficult for flue-cured tobacco leave quality to be analyzed and evaluated because of numerous chemical component indexes.To solve the problem,ten common chemical component indexes of 247 samples from main tobacco-growing areas of China were analyzed by grey statistic analysis method.The results indicated that total nitrogen(TN),ratio of total sugar to nicotine(RSN),ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine(RNN),chlorine and protein were grade A indexes,and had the biggest influence on quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Reducing sugar,nicotine,total sugar,total alkaloid and ratio of potassium to chlorine (RPC) were grade B indexes,and had less importance than grade A indexes on quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The grey statistic analysis could be used to test the rationality of optimum range for chemical components.When selecting flue-cured tobacco leaves for blending leaf groups,and if the chemical components were beyond optimum range,it was rational to select less than optimum range for grade A indexes including TN,RSN,RNN,chlorine and protein,and to select more than optimum range for grade B indexes including reducing sugar,nicotine,total sugar,total alkaloid and RPC.
