【摘要】 对农业技术创新扩散失败案例的追踪研究是探究扩散规律的最有效途径之一。它有助于发现技术扩散受阻的真正原因,从而找到改进的方法;也有助于理论研究的深入和农业技术扩散的加速。通过对关中地区某村两项农业新技术扩散失败案例的追踪调查和对比分析,认为区域基础设施状况、农业生产规模及专业化程度、农业技术市场的发育程度、政府推广部门职能的发挥程度、农民的素质等是影响农业技术创新扩散的主要因素。提出必须以新农村建设为契机,加大农村社区基础设施建设,加快区域农业生产专业化、规模化步伐,积极构建政府和市场相结合的新型扩散模式,加强农民培训等。图1,表2,参15。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pursuing an aborted extension is the most useful approach to study the law of extension of agri-technique innovation.It is helpful to detect the true reasons that why a new agriculture technique is abandoned or refused by peasants and to find out a better way of extension.By investigating and analyzing the extension of two agri-technique innovations in a village of Guanzhong,the author believed that the primary factors which affect the process of extension are the status of regional infrastructure,the scale and specialization of agriculture,the growth stage of agri-technique market,the spread action of local government and the peasant’s diathesis.The right ways to accelerate the extension of agri-technique innovation are put forward as increasing the investment on the infrastructure in rural areas,mending the pace of scale and specialization of regional agriculture,establishing a new extension pattern which is combined government with market,and strengthening the peasants training.更多还原
