龟纹瓢虫生物学特性及其捕食效应的研究
Biological Characteristics of Propylaea japonica and Its Predation Effect
【摘要】 研究了龟纹瓢虫的生物学特性以及对小麦蚜虫的捕食效应,试验结果表明,龟纹瓢虫(Propylaea japonica)1a发生5代,在自然变温条件下,从卵到成虫发育历期为17.11d,其中卵期为(2.85±0.84)d,1龄期为(1.40±0.51)d,2龄期为(2.33±1.11)d,3龄期为(1.67±0.49)d,4龄期为(3.73±1.31)d,蛹期为(5.13±0.99)d.其卵期发育起点温度为15.47℃,有效积温为18.59日度.龟纹瓢虫成虫对小麦蚜虫的捕食效应符合HollingⅡ型模型,为Na=0.7059N/(1+0.0133N),成虫对小麦蚜虫的寻找效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低.根据HollingⅢ型功能反应新模型得Na=75.19exp(-47.53/Nt),在1d内,1头龟纹瓢虫对小麦蚜虫的最大捕食量为75.19头,最佳寻找密度为47.53头,在利用龟纹瓢虫成虫防治小麦蚜虫时,益虫和害虫个数比可以1∶50作为参考值.
【Abstract】 Biological characteristics of Propylaea japonica and predation effect on wheat aphids were stuclied.The result showed Propylaea japonica happened 5 era a year,upgrowth period was 17.11 day at variety term from spawn to imago,thereto spawn period was(2.85±0.84)days,first age was(1.40±0.51)days,the second was(2.33±1.11)days,the third was(1.67±0.49)days,the fourth was(3.73±1.31)days,chrysalids age was(5.13±0.99)days.Jumping telephant of spawn period was 15.47 ℃,efficiency accumulated telephant was 18.59 day degree.Predation effect of Propylaea japonica for wheat aphid feted on Holling Ⅱ type model,Na=0.705 9N/(1+0.013 3N),searching effect of imago for wheat aphid decreased by increasing quarry density.Based on new model of Holling Ⅲ function reaction concluded Na=71.19exp(-47.351Nt),in a day,a Propylaea japonica for wheat aphid obtained most preying number 75.19.The best searching density was 47.53,prevented wheat aphid using Propylaea japonica,the ratio of beneficial insect and pest was 1∶50,and acted on reference value.
