白术多糖对早期断奶仔猪部分免疫性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨多糖对早期断奶仔猪部分免疫性能的影响。试验选用21日龄健康杜×长×大断奶仔猪(5.30±0.25kg)25头,随机分为5个组,每组5头。分别饲喂饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,基础日粮+0.3%白术纯多糖(PPAM);基础日粮+0.6%复合粗多糖(CCP);基础日粮+0.6%白术粗多糖(CPAM);基础日粮+抗生素(15%金霉素150mg/kg+4%黄霉素50mg/kg)(ANT)。试验期为14天。结果表明:PPAM能显著提高早期断奶仔猪血清中IgG和IgM的浓度(P<0.05)。ANT组和PPAM均能促进红细胞数量增加(P<0.05)。PPAM组脾脏指数呈极显著高于CR组(P<0.01),也显著高于CCP组和ANT组(P<0.05)。CCP和CPAM组胸腺指数则极显著高于CR组(P<0.01)。PPAM,ANT组胸腺指数显著高于CR组(P<0.05)。结论:,饲料中添加PPAM效果较好。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of polysaccharides on some immune indices of early-weaned piglets.Twenty-five "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"crossbred weaned piglets(21day,5.3±0.25kg BW)were randomly divided into 5 groups of 5 replicates per treatment and one piglet per replicate,fed with basal diet,basal diet plus 0.3% pure polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala koid(PPAM),0.6%crude compound polysaccharides(CCP)or 0.6%polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz(CPAM),or adding antibiotic(15% chlortetracycline 150mg/kg and 4% flavomycin 50mg/kg)(ANT).The trial lasted for 14 days.The results showed as follows:the concentrations of IgG and IgM in serum of PPAM were significantly increased(P<0.05),Red blood cell numbers were higher significantly after feeding PPAM and ANT(P<0.05).The index of spleen of PPAM and CPAM were higher than that of CR(P<0.01;P<0.05 respectively).The index of spleen of PPAM were enhanced significantly compared with CCP and ANT respectively(P<0.05);the index of thymus of CCP and CPAM were greatly higher significantly(P<0.01),while the index of thymus of PPAM and ANT were improved(P<0.05).In a word,dietary supplementation of PPAM were best in our experiment.
