【摘要】 以经济学理论为基础,通过对西部人力资本结构的现状分析,认为西部农村劳动力受教育程度普遍偏低,缺乏技术技能培训是制约其向城镇转移的主要因素,提出通过进一步完善西部农村教育体系、加强西部农民培训和加大西部农村教育及培训投入等途径来提升西部农村人力资本结构,加快富余劳动力有序转移。更多还原
