【摘要】 目的:研究鼻内窥镜术治疗霉菌性鼻窦炎的手术方法及术后抗真菌药物的应用与疗效的关联性。方法:霉菌性鼻窦炎26例均采用单径路鼻内窥镜手术治疗。术后将患者随机分为两组,一组用生理盐水冲洗窦腔,另一组用氟康唑冲洗窦腔,并口服酮康唑1周。结果:所有病例均治愈,无并发症及复发,术后两组病例的愈合时间差异无统计学意义。结论:单径路鼻内窥镜术治疗霉菌性鼻窦炎是可行的,术后无需应用抗真菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the procedure of nasal endoscopic operation for fungal sinusitis, and the relationship between the postoperative use of antifungal drugs and the therapeutic effect.Methods: We treated all the 26 patients with fungal sinusitis by using single-pathway nasal endoscopic operations. After operation, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: a goup which used normal saline to wash sinuses ,and a group which used fluconazole to wash sinuses and took ketosonazole by mouth for a week. Results: All the patients were cured, and neither complication nor recurrence occurred. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of healing after operation. Conclusions: The use of single-pathway nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of fungal sinusitis is feasible. It is not necessary to use antifungal drugs to treat patients for fungal sinusitis.更多还原
