发动机电磁气门驱动中的电磁铁特性分析
Analysis of Magnetic Characteristics in Electromagnetic Valve Actuation for Engines
【摘要】 发动机电磁气门驱动系统(EVA)是机械、电磁耦合的复杂系统。以所研制的EVA装置为例,采用仿真计算和实测相结合的方法,对EVA电磁铁的电感、磁链和铁磁材料的磁化状态进行了研究。结果表明,EVA工作时电磁铁基本上处于铁磁材料磁化曲线线性区,因此在仿真建模时可将电磁铁磁链、电感按磁化曲线线性区处理。
【Abstract】 The electromagnetic valve actuator(EVA)coupling of the mechanical, electrical and magnetic subsystems is a substitute of conventional valvetrain. In this paper, both experimental measurement and finite element method (FEM) were used to determine the magnetizing state of EVA’s electromagnets, which depends on the air gap and current in coils. It is showed that in most instances EVA works in the linear region of magnetizing curve, so the flux-leakage and inductance could be simplified in model and simulation.
