谐振加载式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验载荷标定方法的改进
Refinement on Load Calibration Technique of Resonant-loading Fatigue Test for Crankshaft
【摘要】 从谐振加载式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验的谐振加载的基本原理入手,推导了动载荷原型函数的合理简化形式。利用所推导出的函数形式,建立了最小二乘拟合的数值算法。这种方法在数学形式上比现有的方法严密,且原型函数容易建立,计算方便,收敛性好,是对谐振加载式曲轴疲劳试验载荷标定方法的一种有益改进。改进的原型函数及其数值方法可以更好的适应更精确的信号处理及数据采集系统。长时间的试验观察和实践检验表明:这种改进的标定计算方法符合谐振加载的基本规律,适应性强,标定精度高,优于其它拟合方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of resonant-loading fatigue test system for crankshaft,mathematical model of the dynamic loading was derived.A least square number algorithm was given accordingly.This method had a more strict mathematical form than the existed one,and it was easy to construct an astrictive number algorithm which was convenient to program.It was an advantageous improvement to the loading calibration in resonant-loading fatigue test for crankshaft.The refined calibration method could ideally adapt to more accurately signal process and data acquisition system.The long-time experiment shows that the refined calibration method agrees to the basic principle of resonant-loading and is more adaptable and more accurately than the others.
