【摘要】 目的了解农村家庭成员间生存质量的差异及影响因素。方法随机抽选营山县的200个农村家庭,运用世界卫生组织的生存质量测定量表进行调查,选择家庭成员数为2个、年龄大于16岁且家庭成员间总体生存质量和健康状况有差异的84个家庭来进一步进行统计,用Logistic回归等方法分析影响家庭成员间生存质量的因素。结果与结论显著影响家庭成员间生存质量的因素有4个,其中有3个保护因素——没有生病(0.124<OR<0.521)、日常生活需要的信息齐备(0.394<OR<0.912)、行动能力良好(0.432<OR<0.872),1个危险因素——家庭摩擦(1.086<OR<2.539)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the differences in life quality between rural family members and their influencing factors.Methods 200 rural families were randomly selected from Yingshan county;the WHO’s questionnaire on quality of life was used for survey;84 families,each of which had 2 family members-who were aged over 16 and with different overall quality of life and health status,were further selected for statistics;and a logistical regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life between family members.Results and Conclusions There were 4 factors that significantly influenced the quality of life between family members,3 of which were protective factors——no illness(odds ratios range 0.124-0.521),physical activity(odds ratios 0.394-0.912) and information needed in everyday life(odds ratios 0.432-0.872),and 1 of which was a risk factor-family friction(odds ratios 1.086-2.539).更多还原
