【摘要】 目的探讨骨盆前后联合入路手术治疗髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法对影像学证实的32例复杂髋臼骨折病人行前后联合入路切开复位内固定手术治疗,并进行术后评估。结果功能恢复优12例,良好14例,可5例,差1例,优良率为81.25%。结论前后联合入路手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折有较好的疗效,是一种好的手术治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of operative treatment to complex acetabular fracture by combined surgical approach Methods 32 cases with acetabular fracture were treated by the combined surgical approach,and the effect was evaluated.Results all cases were followed up,the data showed that the effects were excellent in 12 cases,good in 14 cases,fair in 5 cases and poor in 1 case,the rate of excellence and good was 81.25%.Conclusion Combined surgical approach is a good operative treatment to complex acetabular fracture.更多还原
