【摘要】 目的探讨布加氏综合征的彩色多普勒超声特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析23例由彩色多普勒超声诊断的并经下腔静脉造影或手术证实的布加氏综合征患者的超声图像特征。结果23例中,22例为下腔静脉肝段梗阻,1例为肝静脉狭窄、尾叶肿大压迫使下腔静脉变细。结论彩色多普勒对布加氏综合征的诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper is to study the ultrasonic characteristics of Budd-Chiari Syndrome,its secondary symptom alteration,and its diagnosis value.Methods This paper retrospectively analyzes 23 cases of ultrasonic characteristics of Budd-Chiari Syndrome,operated with colorful ultrasonic Doppler diagnosis technique.The results of these cases are compared and verified with the results obtained from either inferior vena vasculargraphy or surgical operation.Results of the 23cases,the results of 22cases are obstructed in hepatic branch of inferior vena cava.There is 1 case with hepatic vein narrowness,caused by the hepatic caudate lobe swelling and enlargement,which oppresses and narrows the inferior vena.Conclusion Color ultrasonic Doppler technique is very useful and important in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari Syndrome.更多还原
