【摘要】 测定了6个烤烟产区烟叶样品中石油醚提取物含量,并对石油醚与烟叶外观质量之间的关系进行了分析.结果表明,①各产区烟叶石油醚提取物含量集中在5.00%~10.00%范围内;②不同产区烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,含量由高到低的依次顺序是云南、贵州、四川、河南、福建、山东;③不同部位烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,中部叶含量最高,上部叶次之,下部叶最低;④不同身份、不同颜色烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,中等身份烟叶的含量最高,橘黄色烟叶大于柠檬黄色;⑤不同油分、色度的烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异均达到极显著水平,油分越多,石油醚提取物含量越高,色度越强,石油醚提取物含量越高.更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of petroleum ether extracts in various grades of tobacco leaves from six production areas were measured,and the relationship between the petroleum ether and the tobacco leaf outer quality was analysed.The results showed that:① The contents of petroleum ether extracts of uabacco leaves in different provinces were mostly between 5.00% and 10.00%.② The contents of petroleum ether extracts of flue-cured tobacco leaves from different production areas were different significantly,and the order from high to low was Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Henan,Fujian and Shandong.③ The contents of petroleum ether extracts of flue-cured tobacco leaves from different stalk positions were different significantly,and the order from high to low was cutters,upper leaves and lugs.④ The contents of petroleum ether extracts of tobacco leaves in different color and leaf identities were different significantly.As for the different colors,the contents in orange-yellow leaves were higher than lemon-yellow leaves,and as for the different leaf identities,the contents in leaves in medium leaf identities were the highest.⑤ The contents of petroleum ether extracts of flue-cured tobacco leaves of different leaf oil and leaf color intensity were different significantly.The contents of petroleum ether extracts increased with leaf oil from lean to rich,with leaf color intensity from pale to deep.更多还原
