【摘要】 为了解水貂球虫的感染种类和流行情况,对河北省某水貂养殖场的469份粪便样品进行检查,并对发现的水貂球虫卵囊进行形态学观察.结果表明,总感染率为34.33%(161/469).其中,白貂感染率为34.33%(80/233),灰貂感染率为56.25%(27/48),黑貂感染率为28.72%(54/188).发现7种水貂球虫,分别为海波艾美耳球虫(Eimeria hiepe)、臭猫等孢球虫(Isospora eversmann)、莱德莱威等孢球虫(I.laidlawi)、貂艾美耳球虫(E.furo-nis)、伊克蒂德艾美耳球虫(E.icidea)、1个艾美耳属未定种球虫(Eimeriasp.)、1个单孢子囊球虫.更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the prevalence and species of the Coccidia oocysts,469 faecal specimens collected in a certain mink farm in Hebei Province were examined and the morphological study on oocysts was conducted.The results showed that the total infection rate of Coccidia was 34.33%(161/469) in this mink farm.Thereinto,the infection rate of fitchet was 34.33%(80/233),the gray sable was 56.25%(27/48) and the sable was 28.72%(54/188),respectively.Seven Coccidia spp.in the minks were discovered,namely,Eimeria hiepe,Isospora eversmann,I.laidlawi,E.furonis,E.icidea,an unnamed E.sp and a single sporocyst Coccidium.更多还原
