【摘要】 研究了不同质量浓度的利福平对豫杂一号泡桐丛枝病组织培养苗形态和内源植物激素变化的影响.结果表明,100,150 mg.L-1利福平处理30 d的患病幼苗均不呈现丛枝病症状,但PCR检测到100 mg.L-1利福平处理幼苗顶芽内仍有植原体存在.随着利福平质量浓度的增大和幼苗患病程度的减轻,幼苗顶芽内内源植物激素ZR含量逐渐下降、IAA含量逐渐升高.说明利福平对豫杂一号泡桐丛枝病幼苗内的植原体和内源植物激素变化产生了影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of different concentration of rifampins on the changes of morphology and plant endogenous hormones of Paulownia tomentosa × Paulownia fortunei seedlings with witches’ broom were studied.The result indicated that there existed no phytoplasmas in the buds of those seedlings treated with 150 mg·L-1 rifampin with PCR,although the seedlings treated with 100 mg·L-1 and 150 mg·L-1 rifampin for 30 d were asymptomic.With the increasing of rifampin concentrations and alleviating of the symptom,ZR content decreased and IAA increased gradually.This meant that rifampin had effects on the changes of phytoplasmas and plant endogenous hormones of paulownia seedlings with witches’ broom.更多还原
