【摘要】 对不同日龄合作猪生殖器官(卵巢、输卵管、子宫、阴道、睾丸)进行了解剖测量,并对卵巢和睾丸进行了组织切片观察.结果表明:合作猪母猪60~180日龄卵巢重量在0.0185~1.575 g,卵巢指数随日龄的增加逐渐增大,合作猪母猪生殖器官生长发育强度的峰值在90~115日龄,卵巢组织切片表明90日龄前合作母猪有排卵发生,初情期在60~90日龄之间;合作猪公猪睾丸的重量范围在3.2~112.9 g,睾丸指数在8.4×10-4~3.7×10-3,115日龄前后增重加快,合作猪睾丸组织切片观察可见合作公猪的初情期出现在140日龄前.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describs the dissection measuring on Hezuo Swine’s reproduction organ(ovary,oviduct,uterus,vagina and testicle) and the research on the tissue slices of Hezuo Swine’s ovary and testicle.The results show: the ovary weight of Hezuo sow was 0.0185～1.575 g during 60～180 d,the ovary exponent became bigger and bigger as the sows grew older,and the peak value of development of Hezuo sow’s reproduction organ appeared during 90～115 d;the tissue slice of ovary shows that the ovulation happened before 90 d,and the puberty of Hezuo sow appeared during 60～90 d.The testicle weight of Hezuo boar was between 3.2～112.9 g,the testicle exponent was between 8.4×104～3.7×10-3,the peak value of development of Hezuo boar’ testicle appeared around 115 d,and the tissue slice of testicle shows that the puberty of Hezuo boar happened before 140 d.更多还原
