【摘要】 利用4个爆裂玉米自交系和5个分属于不同优势类群的普通玉米自交系杂交组配的20个普×爆组合的F2,BC1和BC23个世代材料,分析了不同组合各世代的性状表现、分离范围、回交效果.结果表明,不同组合各世代的性状表现均存在显著差异.同一组合F2,BC1和BC2群体各性状的变异较大,应实施大群体选择.不同组合各性状的回交效应不同,适宜回交代数应根据具体组合而定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The F2,BC1 and BC2 generations of 20 normal corn×popcorn crosses made from 5 normal corn inbreds and 4 popcorn lines were made.The performance of popping characteristics,ear-kernel and plant characters,their variations within populations and backcrossing effect were studied.The results showed that,there were significant differences among crosses in all characters in every generation.The variations were very great within each population,so selections in each generation should be made in great population.The backcrossing effect was different among crosses in all characters,and suitable backcrossing times should be decided according to different crosses.更多还原
