不同烤烟基因型主要挥发性香气物质含量的变异分析

【摘要】 对52个烤烟基因型主要挥发性香气物质含量的变异进行了研究.结果表明,挥发性香气物质在不同基因型间存在广泛的变异,其总量为(1072.06±214.69)μg.g-1.芳香族氨基酸降解产物、美拉德反应物、类西柏烷降解产物、类胡萝卜素降解产物及新植二烯的含量分别为(21.65±4.85),(32.56±6.13),(34.13±15.44),(62.01±8.56),(919.04±207.25)μg.g-1.聚类分析把供试材料分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类包括28个基因型,香气物质总量居中,芳香族氨基酸降解产物、美拉德反应物和类西柏烷降解产物含量均为最高;第Ⅱ类包括19个基因型,香气物质总量最低,除类西柏烷降解产物含量居中外,其它各种香气降解产物含量也均为最低;第Ⅲ类包括5个基因型,香气物质总量最高,类胡萝卜素降解产物、新植二烯含量最高,而类西柏烷降解产物含量最低.

【Abstract】 The variation of the contents of main volatile aroma components in 52 flue-cured tobacco genotypes was studied.The result indicated that:There existed widely variation for main volatile aroma components among different genotypes.The total content of volatile aroma components was(1 072.06±214.69)μg·g-1.The contents of products of aromatic amino acid metabolism,products of maillard reaction,products degraded by cembrane,products degraded by carotene and neoplytadiene were(21.65±4.85),(32.56±6.13),(34.13±15.44),(62.01±8.56) and(919.04±207.25)μg·g-1,respectively.The genotypes studied were classified into 3 groups.Group Ⅰincluded 28 genotypes,with the medium content of total aroma matters,and highest contents of products of aromatic amino acid metabolism,products of maillard reaction and products degraded by cembrane.Group Ⅱ consisted of 19 genotypes,with the lowest contents of both total aroma matters and kinds of products of degraded aroma matters except products degraded by cembrane.Group Ⅲ consisting of 5 genotypes had the highest contents of total aroma matters,products degraded by carotene and neoplytadiene,but the lowest content of products degraded by cembrane.
