颗粒性精料对牛瘤胃蛋白质和纤维素消化代谢的影响
Effects of Granular Concentration on Digestion Metabolism of Protein and Cellulose in Cattle Rumen
【摘要】 选用3头装置有长久性瘤胃瘘管及十二指肠双筒“T”型瘘管的黑白花公犊研究了饲喂粉状料(Ⅰ期)和颗粒料(Ⅱ期)条件下瘤胃内蛋白质和纤维素的代谢以及进入十二指肠食糜量和各种营养物质的变化.Ⅰ,Ⅱ期进入十二指肠食糜量分别为(47 989.00±1 741.00)g.d-1和(59 184.00±3 842.00)g.d-1,差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅰ期饲料粗蛋白质在瘤胃内的表观消化率(56.95±0.65)%和有机物消化率(45.49±2.00)%均高于Ⅱ期(39.68±1.95)%和(33.31±1.53)%,差异极显著(P<0.01);而瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成率则是Ⅱ期(8.59±0.24)%高于Ⅰ期(6.38±0.53)%,差异极显著(P<0.01),纤维素的消化率也是Ⅱ期(55.14±0.71)%高于Ⅰ期(45.06±1.75)%,差异极显著(P<0.01).结果表明,饲喂颗料状精料可促进皱胃排空,使进入十二指肠的食糜量和营养物质增加,饲料蛋白质在瘤胃内分解减少,提高瘤胃纤维素消化率和微生物蛋白合成率,从而改善了瘤胃消化代谢.
【Abstract】 Three black-white oxen,installed with permenant artificial fistula in rumen and "T" type one in duodenum,were used to study the metabolism of protein and cellulose in rumen and the changes of chyme and nutrients entering duodenum when fed with poderry(Stage Ⅰ) and granular(Stage Ⅱ)concentrated feeds.In the two stages,the amounts of chyme entering duodenum(g·d-1)are(47 989.00±1 741.00) and(59 184.00±3 842.00) respectively,showing significant difference(P<0.05).ADCP(%) in rumen(56.95±0.65) and digesting rate of OM(45.49±2.00) is higher in stage I than that(39.68±1.95) and(33.31±1.53) in Stage Ⅱ,respectively,showing extremely significant difference(P<0.01).As to anabolism rutio of MCP and digesting ratio of cellulose in rumen,both are higher in Stage Ⅱ(8.59±0.24) and(55.14±0.71) than that in stage Ⅰ(6.38±0.53) and(45.06±1.75),showing diffinite significant difference(P<0.01).The results indicate that granular concentrated feed can increase the amounts of chyme and nutrients entering duodenum,promote the dischargement of abosam,decrease catabolism of feed protein in rumen and enhance the anabolism ratio of MCP and digesting ratio of cellulose in rumen.Consequently,digesting metabolism in rumen is inevitably improved.
