不同植物生长调节物质对天目地黄组织培养及植株再生的影响

【摘要】 以天目地黄幼叶片为外植体,研究不同植物生长调节物质对其组织培养和植株再生的影响.结果表明,实验条件下,诱导叶片分化形成愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg.L-1+2,4-D 0.2 mg.L-1;最适的丛生芽分化培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA1.0 mg.L-1+IBA0.05 mg.L-1;诱导丛生芽生根的最佳培养基为1/2 MS+IBA0.1 mg.L-1.并在此基础上探讨了组织培养技术在地黄属植物药用及园林方面的开发和利用前景.

【Abstract】 With young leaves of R.Chingii as explants,a study was conducted on the effect of different plant growth regalators on its tissue colture and plantlet propagation.The results showed that the MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg·L-1 of 6-BA and 0.2 mg·L-1 of 2,4-D had ideal effects on the induction of callus from leaf explants.The optimum medium of inducing adventitious buds from callus was 1/2MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+ IBA 0.05 mg·L-1.In addition,founded that 1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1 had the best inducing effect on root formation.The expected medicinal and gardening development and application prospect of Rehmannia species were discussed on this basis.
