【摘要】 目的:观察经内镜微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症的临床疗效,并评价其安全性。方法:对106例胃黏膜脱垂症患者行内镜下微波电凝灼除治疗。结果:106例中临床症状消失93例,明显减轻13例,有效率100%。术中、术后均无出血、穿孔、疤痕等,术后4周胃镜复查,被灼除部位有轻度浅溃疡者11例,经抑酸抗溃疡治疗2周愈合。结论:微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of microwave therapy guided by gastroscope in treatment of prolapse of gastric mucosa.Methods: 106 cases of prolapse of gastric mucosa performed electric coagulation and cauterization through microwave guided by gastroscope.Rseults: 106 cases of prolapse of gastric mucosa,93 cured and 13 improved.The offective rate was 100%. There was no hemorrhage,perforation and scar occured.Follewed-up 4 weeks,11 cases had mild ulcer,which healed after 2 weeks through inhibiting gastric acid.Conclusion: Microwave therapy is effective and safe in treatment of prolapse of gastrc mucosa The technique should be recommeded.更多还原
