【摘要】 目的:探讨胆囊结石、胆囊切除术是否导致大肠癌的危险性增加。方法:比较病理确诊的大肠癌患者168例与其它肿瘤患者448例中胆囊结石、胆囊切除率。结果:大肠癌中有胆囊结石、胆囊切除史的患者明显多于其它肿瘤患者(分别为29.2%和6.7%,P=0.0017)。结论:胆囊结石、胆囊切除术后可能导致大肠癌发生的危险性增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore whether cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy increased the risk for colerectal carcinoma.Methods: The incidence of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy in 168 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 448 cases of other carcinoma were compared.Results:The incidence of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy in colorectal carcinoma was higher than that in other carcinoma(29.2% VS 6.7%,P=0.0017).Conclusion: Cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy increases the risk for colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
