【摘要】 目的:探讨预先的短暂性脑缺血发作对后继的脑梗死是否具有保护作用。方法:观察我院1998年1月~2006年1月收治的脑梗死的患者,对病前有无短暂性脑缺血发作进行分组,然后进行神经功能缺损评分和1个月后的Barthel指数评定,之后进行统计学分析。结果:病前1周有TIA发作后继脑梗死的神经功能缺损评分明显好于无TIA发作的脑梗死的患者。结论:病前1周的TIA对后继脑梗死具有神经保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of transient ischemic attack on cerebral infarction.Methods: From Jan.1998 to Jan.2006,the hospitalized patients of cerebral infarction with or without transient ischemic attack were divided into groups Their score in nerval functional impairment and Barthel index after 1 month were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results: In patients of cerebral infarction with transient ischemic attack before 1 week,the score in nerval functional impairment was superior to those without transient ischemic attack.Conclusion: Transient ischemic attack before 1 week plays protectine role in nerve in subsequent cerebral infarction.更多还原
