【摘要】 目的:观察我院开展射频消融术治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效及安全性。方法:分析我院自1993~2004年住院行射频消融根治术的291例快速心律失常的电生理特性、成功率、复发率及并发症。结果:291例快速心律失常中,房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)93例;隐匿性旁道178例,其中左侧旁道91例,右侧旁道87例;显性预激(WPW)18例,其中A型预激10例,B型预激8例;合并房扑2例,合并室速1例,多旁道者13例,经射频消融均获成功。3个月内复发者2例,出现一过性2∶1房室传导阻滞1例,致右侧气胸1例。复发者经再次消融成功。结论:经导管射频消融治疗快速心律失常成功率高,且安全、可靠,是目前治疗快速心律失常的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation in tachyarrhy thmia.Methods:From 1993 to 2004,291 patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation in Inner Mongolia hospital.Their electro physiological characteristics,recurrence rate and complications were analyzed.Results:Of 291 patients with tachyarrhythmia,98 were atrioventricular nodal reentrant trachycardia(AVNRT),178 were concealed accessory pathway(CAP)including 91 left pathway and 87 right pathway,18 were WPW including 10 A-form and 8 B-form.There were 2 patients complicated with atrium flutter,1 with ventricle tachyarrhythmia and 13 with multi-pathways.The immediate successful rate of procedure was 100%.2 patients were recurrent within 3 months and cured by reablation.There was 2∶1 AVB in 1 patient and right aeropleura in 1 patient.Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation is the first choice for tachyarrhythmia now.The technique is safe and reliable with higher successful rate.更多还原
