【摘要】 热激蛋白70(HSP70)家族是一类重要的应激蛋白,在肿瘤免疫中发挥免疫佐剂的功能,可协同抗原呈递细胞(APC)、αβT细胞、γδT细胞和NK细胞的作用。通过分子载体的作用将抗原肽呈递APC表面,激活CD8+T细胞,达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。HSP70对开发肿瘤疫苗也有重要的意义。本文简要综述HSP70分子及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的新进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heat shock protein 70(HSP70) family is an important stress protein,which plays an adjuvant role in tumor immunotherapy and can cooperate with antigen presenting cells(APC),αβT cells,γδT cells and NK cells.Antigen peptide was presented to the surface of APC via its molecular carrier function.Then CD8+ T cells were activated and the aim of clean up tumor cells was achieved.HSP70 has the important sense with regard to the vaccine of tumor.This paper attempts to summarize HSP70 and the new development of HSP70 in tumor immunotherapy.更多还原
