【摘要】 目的:研究鹿茸对小鼠耐低氧作用的影响。方法:连续灌胃小鼠以不同剂量的鹿茸10d,末次给药后1h,进行密闭低氧实验。以存活时间作为指标,观察鹿茸对小鼠耐低氧作用的影响。结果:鹿茸可延长小鼠在不同低氧条件下的存活时间。结论:鹿茸具有提高小鼠耐低氧能力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of pilose antler on the antihypoxia capacity in mice.Methods:The mice were administered with various doses of pilose antler for 10 days and then were exposed to hypoxia.The survival time in mice were examined.Results:Pilose antler significantly prolonged the survival time in mice exposed to hypoxia.Conclusion:Pilose antler has improving effects of antihypoxia capacity in mice.更多还原
