四种螺旋藻淀粉酶活性和同工酶的比较研究
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON ACTIVITIES AND ISOENZYMES OF AMYLASES OF FOUR KINDS OF SPIRULINAS
【摘要】 本文采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸(dinitrosalicylic acid,DNS)法对内蒙古毛乌素沙地碱湖的钝顶螺旋藻S1、鄂尔多斯螺旋藻S2与国外引进的钝顶螺旋藻S3、极大螺旋藻S4的淀粉酶(amylase,AMY)活性进行了测定,并对其同工酶进行了初步的比较研究。结果表明:S1、S2、S3、S4的AMY活性在25℃、pH5.6时分别为71.7U/gFW、65.8U/gFW、44.1U/gFW和54.6U/gFW;我国特有的S1、S2AMY活性较高,且同工酶的种类比引进种的多。
【Abstract】 DNS method was used to determine the activities of four kinds of amylases,including spirulinal(Arthrospira)platensis(S1)and Erdosensis spirulina(S2)from alkaline lake in Mu US Sandy Land of Inner Mongolia,and imported S.(A.)platensis(S3)and S.(A.)maxima(S4).Furthermore,a comparative study was made on isoenzymes.The results showed that AMY activities of S1,S2,S3 and S4(25℃,pH5.6)were 71.7U/gFW,65.8U/gFW,44.1U/gFW and 54.6U/gFW respectively.Amylases of S1 and S2 from our country shows higher activities,and the kinds of their isoenzymes are more than that of imported species.
