【摘要】 目的:研究E-CD(E-cadherin,E钙黏着蛋白)、integrinα5β1(整联蛋白α5β1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(m atrix m etalloprote inase-2,MMP-2)的表达联合DNA倍体和增殖指数(proliferation index,PI)的检测在肺癌侵袭和转移中的意义。方法:免疫组化法观察57例肺癌组织三指标的表达情况,同时用流式细胞术分析这57例组织的DNA倍体和PI。结果:E-CD在肺癌不同组织分化之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。E-CD、integrinα5β1、MMP-2在淋巴结转移情况都存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。流式细胞术结果显示PI在TNM分期、组织分化、组织类型中均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但和淋巴结转移无关。DNA异倍体与淋巴结有无转移之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:随着肿瘤异质性的发生和发展,E-CD、integrinα5β1、MMP-2的异常表达以及DNA异倍体率的增加,表明他们在肺癌侵袭和转移的发生中扮演着重要的角色。但本文研究显示PI的增加和淋巴结转移无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate DNA ploid and expression of E-CD(E-cadherin),integrin α5β1,MMP-2 in lung carcinoma and to explore the significance of proliferation index(PI) detection in invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expressions of E-CD,integrin α5β1,MMP-2 in 57 cases of lung carcinoma.DNA ploid and proliferation index(PI) analysis were performed by flow cytometry in the 57 cases.Results:The expression of E-CD were significantly correlated with tissue differentiation.The expressions of E-CD,integrin α5β1 and MMP-2 were significantly correlated with LN metastasis(all P<0.05).Flow cytometry showed PI was significantly correlated with TNM stage,tissue differentiation and tissue classification(P<0.05),but PI was not significantly correlated with LN metastasis.DNA heteroploid was significantly correlated with LN metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: With tumor progression of heterogeneity,the abnomal expressions of E-CD,integrin α5β1,MMP-2 and DNA heteroploid rate gradually increase, suggesting that they play an important role in invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.However,our findings show no correlation between PI and lymph node metastasis.更多还原
