电石渣制备硫酸钙工艺探讨
Process of Calcium Sulfate Prepared by Carbide Slag
【摘要】 将经过预处理后的电石渣加水成浆,与一定浓度的硫酸混合搅拌下进行反应,研究制备硫酸钙的工艺条件。通过正交实验法考察了电石渣料浆浓度、加入硫酸浓度、反应终点pH值和反应时间四个因素及各因素的不同水平对制备过程的影响。试验结果表明,当电石渣料浆浓度为25%、加入硫酸浓度为1.0m o l/L、反应终点pH值控制在6,反应时间为3h时可制备得到含量为96%以上的硫酸钙产品。
【Abstract】 In this paper a process making calcium sulfate by carbide slag was researched.first A kind of plasm was made by pretreated carbide slag through adding water,then the plasm reacted with uncertain concentration sulfate in the condition of whisking.Four ingredients : concentration of plask,concentration of sulfate,pH value and the reacting time were considered using orthogonal test in order to find the best value of the four ingredients.The research result indicated: when concentration of plasm was 25,concentration of sulfate was 1.0mol/L,pH value was 6 and the reacting time was three hours,a satisfied result that concentration of the calcium sulfate exceeded 96 could be got.
