【摘要】 对包头市城市整体地价水平、地价增长率、城市地价指数、城市地价与房价、社会经济环境的协调度以及地价的影响因素与变动趋势进行分析.结果表明,包头市地价整体增长速度较快,且与经济社会协调发展;社会经济持续增长、土地需求不断加大、宏观政策有利调控是刺激包头市地价不断上涨的动力;未来包头市地价会继续呈上升趋势,空间布局将会更加合理,增长方式将由外延式向内涵式转变.更多还原

【Abstract】 Land prices level and its growth rate,index of land price,relationship of land price and house price,relationship of land price and social economic environment,and influence factors and dynastic trend of the land price in Baotou city as well,are analyzed.The results showed that the land price is rising rapidly on the whole,and is consistent with development of the society and economy.A power to enhance the land price is rising social and economic level,expanding land demand,and regulation of macroscopic policies.In future the growth rate of land price in Baotou will increase dramatically,and dimensional distribution of the land price will be more reasonable than that ever.Growth method of the land price will change from extension to connotation.更多还原
